How we handle your information at synARKa Intelligence.
Effective 1 May 2026 · Last reviewed 1 May 2026 · Subject to Australian law
1. About this Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Artigellence Augmentation Aggregator (ABN 83 988 690 362), trading as synARKa Intelligence ("we", "us", "our"), collects, holds, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit synarka.pro, our published briefs, our intelligence channels (Telegram, X, LinkedIn, Discord), or otherwise engage with our research.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the 13 Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
2. What information we collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our research and engagement services. The categories may include:
Information you provide voluntarily
- Name, email address, phone number, or organisation when you contact us, request a briefing, sign up to a channel, or express interest in a paid tier.
- Professional details (role, company, sector) when you participate in research interviews or briefings.
- Communication content when you email, message, or call us.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server log data (IP address, browser type, time of visit, pages viewed) collected by our hosting providers for security and operational purposes.
- Anonymous analytics data — aggregate visitor metrics — if and when analytics tools are deployed on our site.
- Cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
Current state (as at 1 May 2026): synarka.pro is currently a static brand site. We do not operate active forms, mailing lists, or analytics integration on this site. As we evolve our delivery infrastructure (newsletter signups, paid tier onboarding, analytics), this Policy will be updated and a notice posted at the top of the page.
3. Why we collect it
We use personal information to:
- Deliver intelligence briefs, research reports, and signal alerts you have requested.
- Respond to your enquiries, briefing requests, and partnership conversations.
- Administer paid subscription tiers (when active), including billing, account management, and access provisioning.
- Improve our research methodology, content quality, and site usability.
- Comply with legal obligations under Australian law.
4. Disclosure of personal information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited personal information with:
- Service providers and processors — including hosting providers (Netlify, GitHub Pages, Cloudflare), email infrastructure (Substack, Beehiiv, Gmail / Google Workspace), analytics providers (if engaged), payment processors (Stripe, if engaged), and communication platforms (Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, X). These parties operate under their own privacy policies and may store data outside Australia.
- Government, regulatory, or law enforcement bodies where required by law.
- Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, auditors) under confidentiality obligations, where necessary.
We do not share personal information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
5. International data transfers
Some of our service providers (such as Cloudflare, Netlify, GitHub, Google, and Stripe) are located outside Australia, primarily in the United States and Europe. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in jurisdictions whose data protection laws may differ from those of Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers protect your information consistent with the APPs.
6. How we store and protect your information
We hold personal information in secure electronic systems with reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted communications, access controls, and provider-level security on platforms such as Google Workspace and Telegram. We retain personal information only for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes set out above or as required by law.
7. Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 1988 and the APPs, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date information.
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal retention obligations.

8. Cookies
For information about how we use cookies and similar technologies, please refer to our Cookie Policy.
9. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for professional and adult audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. Changes to this Policy
